Mr. Sanje Sedera is a Sri Lanka–born entrepreneur, community leader, and civic advocate who has called Las Vegas home for more than 30 years. He completed both his undergraduate studies and MBA at Idaho State University before establishing himself as a prominent business and community figure in Southern Nevada.

Mr. Sedera serves as the CEO of Zenith Realty Group, a real estate and property-management firm; CEO of Las Vegas Integrative Medicine (LVIM), Nevada’s largest alternative medical facility and a leading provider of acupuncture-based care for veterans; and CEO of Zenith Strategies, an investment-promotion and economic development company focused on advancing cross-border trade, public–private partnerships, and high-impact community projects.

Under his leadership, LVIM has become a statewide model for holistic pain management, helping countless veterans successfully transition away from opioid dependency through evidence-based treatments such as acupuncture, naturopathic medicine, IV therapy, and medical massage. The persistent funding gaps for veteran care inspired Mr. Sedera to establish the Integrative Health Alliance (IHA), a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to holistic health services for underserved communities across Southern Nevada.

In recognition of his leadership in business, diplomacy, and community development, Mr. Sedera was appointed in 2024 as Trade Representative to the USA by the Government of Sri Lanka. He also serves as Under Secretary of the Global Federation of Sri Lanka Business Councils, promoting international investment and strengthening global partnerships.

His long history of civic involvement includes serving as a Commissioner of the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority from 2009 to 2019, where he supported efforts to expand affordable housing solutions for vulnerable residents. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the World Affairs Council of Las Vegas and is the Board Vice Chair of One APIA Nevada, one of the state’s leading organizations supporting AAPI civic engagement.

A dedicated sportsman and community builder, Mr. Sedera is the founder of the Nevada Cricket Association, serving eight years as president and playing a central role in elevating cricket across the state. He is also an active competitor in USTA tennis leagues throughout Nevada.

In addition, Mr. Sedera is an engaged member of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Las Vegas Chapter, a global peer-to-peer network of business founders committed to leadership, innovation, and continuous growth.

Across all his endeavors, Mr. Sedera is driven by a deep commitment to public service, economic opportunity, and building impactful, community-centered initiatives that strengthen Southern Nevada and create international bridges of cooperation.
